Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages using espresso machines and manual brewing methods
- Master latte art techniques including rosettas, hearts, and free-pour designs
- Ensure exceptional customer service through personalized recommendations and warm interactions
- Maintain cleanliness of espresso machines, grinders, and service areas
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and quality standards
- Develop seasonal menu innovations using local Indonesian ingredients
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year professional barista experience with portfolio of latte art
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills preferred
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality
- Passion for sustainable coffee practices and ethical sourcing
- Valid food handling certification (PKP) or willingness to obtain
- Strong problem-solving skills for equipment troubleshooting
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
