Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso, coffee, and tea, according to Starbucks standards.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, including the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations strictly at all times.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Upsell products and handle cash transactions with precision and care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage service industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for coffee and customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
