In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, responsible for crafting our signature sandwiches, preparing high-quality coffee, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve O'Briens signature sandwiches and salads with precision and consistency.
- Master the art of espresso-based coffee preparation and beverage crafting.
- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory levels and restock ingredients during shifts.
- Assist in opening and closing cafe procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a cafe, bakery, or food & beverage environment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Passionate about food quality and high standards of service.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working well within a team.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the O'Briens brand.
