Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service through product recommendations and order accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness of coffee stations, seating areas, and equipment
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and waste reduction
- Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for efficient operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months of barista or food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and latte art
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
