Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve premium tea beverages according to brand standards and customer preferences
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Stock and organize inventory of tea leaves, toppings, and packaging materials
- Provide personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow during peak hours

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
