Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive barista training programs covering espresso theory, milk texturing, and latte art.
- Conduct hands-on workshops on manual brewing techniques and sensory evaluation for staff and partners.
- Regularly audit quality control at partner outlets to ensure adherence to company and SCA standards.
- Develop and update training manuals, SOPs, and educational materials to reflect current industry trends.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and performance feedback to baristas to support their career growth.
- Collaborate with the roasting and quality control teams to optimize brewing recipes for new coffee origins.
- Manage training equipment maintenance and ensure a clean, professional learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, with at least 1 year in a training or supervisory role.
- Deep understanding of the coffee supply chain, from origin and processing to the final cup.
- Advanced proficiency in espresso machine operation, grinder calibration, and free-pour latte art.
- SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Certification in Barista Skills or Brewing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training schedules simultaneously.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
