Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items according to strict company standards.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to ensure fast service.
- Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workspace, equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.
- Upsell products and handle customer inquiries or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and knowledge of brewing techniques is a significant plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions carefully to maintain workflow.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks during shifts.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
