Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area, including counters, shelves, and storage spaces.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks, adhering to standard recipes.
- Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, glassware, and garnishes to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently and accurately.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Set up bar stations before opening shifts and break down equipment thoroughly after closing.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and garnish preparation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Physically fit and able to stand and walk for extended periods.
