Tanggung Jawab
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates accurately.
- Provide personal hygiene support to patients to maintain dignity and prevent infection.
- Support the nursing team with medication preparation and distribution under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring all equipment and linens are sanitized.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to provide emotional support and update them on care progress.
- Document patient care activities promptly in the medical records system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent academic qualification.
- Relevant Certificate in Caregiving or Nursing Assistant (preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of performing lifting and moving patients with assistance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patients.
- Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
