Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure project milestones are met
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures throughout construction phases
- Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
- Resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record in newbuilding or large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Certification in PMP or similar construction management credential preferred
