- Oversee daily batch plant operations to ensure efficient concrete production
- Implement strict quality control measures for concrete mix designs
- Coordinate equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

- Manage inventory of raw materials and consumables
- Train and supervise plant operators and support staff
- Coordinate with project teams for timely material deliveries
- Monitor production metrics and prepare operational reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in batch plant supervision
- Strong knowledge of concrete production processes
- Certification in OHSAS 18001 or equivalent safety management
- Experience with concrete mix design and quality testing
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Leadership skills with team management experience
- Problem-solving abilities for operational challenges
