Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain concrete batching equipment according to production schedules
- Accurately measure and mix raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) per specifications
- Conduct quality checks on batches and adjust mixtures as needed
- Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance requirements
- Maintain detailed batch records and production logs
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with production supervisors and quality control teams
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in technical field
- 1-2 years' experience in batching or construction production preferred
- Basic knowledge of concrete mix designs and material properties
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Physical fitness for standing long periods and lifting materials
- Valid forklift license is advantageous
- Willingness to work shift hours when required
