We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Batching Plant Crew to be assigned at our plant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing superior concrete mixes and wants to contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects.
As a Batching Plant Crew, you will be the backbone of our production team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of our batching plant equipment, ensuring that every batch of concrete meets stringent quality standards. Your role involves teamwork, precision, and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor batching plant control system to produce concrete mixes per specifications.
- Inspect raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) and maintain inventory logs.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to prevent downtime.
- Prepare and manage batch tickets, load slips, and production reports.
- Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure mix consistency.
- Supervise loading of concrete mixers and ensure accurate delivery schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety rules and plant housekeeping standards.
- Assist in the maintenance of the plant and surrounding facilities as needed.
Kualifikasi
- At least High School Graduate (Senior High Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate preferred).
- With at least 1 year of experience in a batching plant or heavy equipment operation.
- Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
- Able to read and understand basic mix design and batch tickets.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and working long hours.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Residing in Trece Martires City, Cavite or nearby areas.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
