CompAsia, a leader in the digital re-commerce space, is looking for a dynamic BBTI Bidding Specialist to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this high-impact role, you will be the backbone of our revenue generation strategy, utilizing advanced analytics to inform pricing and bidding decisions.
As a Bidding Specialist, you will work cross-functionally with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize our competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the analytical rigor required to transform raw data into actionable bidding strategies that drive growth and maximize profitability.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute data-driven bidding strategies to optimize inventory liquidation and revenue performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand signals to adjust bidding parameters in real-time.
- Analyze historical bidding data to identify key patterns and provide insights for continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between pricing strategies and broader company sales objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Manage end-to-end bidding workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in platform operations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory pricing and market volatility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in bidding, procurement, revenue management, or data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas); experience with BI tools is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to interpret large datasets for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
