Barry Callebaut is a global leader in chocolate and cocoa solutions, and we are seeking a dynamic BCOS Greenfield Leader to drive the development of new greenfield manufacturing sites as part of our Next Level footprint strategy. Based in Bandung, Jawa Barat, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our production network in Indonesia, ensuring alignment with our sustainability goals and operational excellence.
In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery of greenfield sites, from site selection and feasibility studies through to commissioning and rampâup. You will leverage the Barry Callebaut Operations System (BCOS) to implement bestâinâclass manufacturing processes, optimize our supply network, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, cost, and speed.
Key responsibilities include leading crossâfunctional project teams, developing detailed project plans and risk mitigation strategies, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable project roadmaps and drive continuous improvement across the entire project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of new greenfield manufacturing sites, from site selection to commissioning.
- Define and execute the BCOS strategy for greenfield projects, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, procurement, and finance to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in production, sustainability, and safety.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and Barry Callebaut's sustainability goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, operations, or manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering greenfield or major expansion projects in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain optimization, footprint strategy, and network design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, and data analytics platforms.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
