The Beaute, a premier beauty and wellness center in Jakarta Pusat, is seeking a talented Beautician / Hair & Scalp Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our guests' self-care journeys, providing expert-level hair and scalp treatments in a luxury environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional hair and scalp treatments, including deep cleansing, therapeutic massage, and specialized hair nutrition applications.
- Assess individual client scalp conditions and recommend customized treatment plans based on their unique needs.
- Provide high-quality hair care services using professional tools and premium products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with salon hygiene standards.
- Provide personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to enhance client hair health at home.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through professional communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records regarding treatment history and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Beautician, Hair Stylist, or Scalp Therapist.
- Certification or relevant vocational training in Cosmetology or Hair Therapy.
- Proven ability to perform scalp and hair massage techniques with precision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time in the Jakarta Pusat area.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively within a fast-paced luxury salon environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
