Tanggung Jawab
- Perform professional beauty treatments including facials, skin care, and body treatments according to company standards.
- Execute therapeutic massage techniques (e.g., Balinese, Swedish, or Reflexology) to relieve client stress and muscle tension.
- Provide expert consultations to clients regarding skin types and customized treatment plans.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and hygienic treatment room at all times.
- Ensure all spa equipment is sanitized and maintained in optimal working condition.
- Upsell spa products and additional services to enhance the client's experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Beauty Therapy or related vocational training.
- Proven work experience as a Beautician, Massage Therapist, or in a similar wellness role.
- Possess strong knowledge of skin anatomy, beauty products, and massage modalities.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced retail or spa environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict health and safety protocols.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-player attitude.
