- Welcome, greet, and assist customers in selecting beauty products tailored to their needs.
- Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage inventory, including restocking shelves and conducting stock checks.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new products, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in beauty, cosmetology, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or beauty industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Indonesian; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
