Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage with customers to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
- Provide expert, personalized advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques to enhance the customer experience.
- Actively drive sales by promoting products and consistently meeting individual and store targets.
- Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising displays, and maintaining overall store hygiene.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay updated on the latest product knowledge and beauty industry trends through continuous training.
- Assist in organizing and executing in-store promotional events and activities to boost foot traffic and sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales, beauty consultation, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a genuine willingness to learn about new products and trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or hold a valid work permit for Malaysia.
