- Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, ingredients, and product knowledge
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their skin type and concerns
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and product displays
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
Kualifikasi
- Passion for skincare and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of skincare ingredients and formulations is a plus

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
