- Provide highly personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations to clients based on their unique skin types and preferences.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay updated on the latest beauty trends, brand launches, and application techniques.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively engaging with customers and upselling relevant products.
- Maintain high store merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Assist in executing instore animations, promotional events, and product launches to drive foot traffic.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Participate actively in brand-led training sessions and team meetings to continuously elevate service quality.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, cosmetics, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a solid understanding of skincare, makeup, and haircare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect easily with diverse customers.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, retail shifts, and public holidays.
- A proactive, positive, and results-oriented attitude with a strong team-player mindset.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
