- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting and organized sales floor
- Build and maintain client relationships through loyalty program engagement and follow-up services
- Train on new product launches, trends, and brand-specific techniques
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or beauty industry preferred
- Passion for beauty products and trends with strong product knowledge
