Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations based on customer skin types and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Attend product training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Support the store management team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
