Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and achieving monthly targets
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive product display
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on usage techniques
- Manage inventory control and stock replenishment procedures
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up services
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or beauty sales
- Deep knowledge of beauty products, trends, and skincare regimens
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation with proven target achievement record
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
