This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer engagement and possesses a deep understanding of skincare. You will be responsible for driving sales, providing expert beauty advice, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our clinic. - Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs.
- Demonstrate and explain the use of beauty products effectively to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store and ensure all products are well-organized and displayed according to standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and skincare techniques to provide informed advice.
- Assist in inventory checks and reporting stock levels to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or beauty consultation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong passion for skincare, cosmetics, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
