- Greet and assist customers warmly to ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations tailored to individual client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product usage and benefits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently for transactions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong passion for the beauty, cosmetics, and skincare industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
