Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional checkout experience for every Sephora client.
- Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing cash wrap area consistent with luxury standards.
- Support beauty advisors by assisting with product recommendations and answering client inquiries.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and loyalty program enrollments with precision and care.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation.
- Uphold company policies regarding loss prevention and operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly preferred.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and the prestige retail industry.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills and high attention to detail for cash handling.
- Capacity to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.
- Professional grooming and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
