Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert beauty advice, product demonstrations, and personalized consultations to customers on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by proactively engaging customers and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Hebe Beauty products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Ensure the retail store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing, adhering to merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and manage cash handling.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and workshops to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering loyalty through exceptional service.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods industry.
- A genuine passion for beauty products, skincare, makeup, and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings, as per retail operational needs.
- A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude with a strong team spirit.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory management.
- Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
