Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, offering personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on the features and benefits of our cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance lines.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting store environment, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising standards.
- Drive sales targets by building relationships with customers and identifying their specific beauty needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process loyalty program sign-ups efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and high customer satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product launches to provide informed advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or Diploma holder in a related field (e.g., Beauty Therapy, Retail) is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts, as per business needs.
- Strong passion for skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances.
