Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and professional product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to enhance the customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure shelves are consistently stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in periodic stock takes and ordering processes.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, returns, and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by capturing data and providing excellent after-sales service.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge to remain a subject matter expert.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or O-Level equivalent; professional certification in makeup or skincare is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, specifically within the beauty, cosmetics, or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage.
- A genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics with a strong desire to help others.
- Outgoing, approachable, and service-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for processing sales and managing inventory records.
