Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on individual customer needs and skin types.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting our latest beauty collections and seasonal offers.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display according to brand guidelines.
- Ensure efficient inventory management and stock replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in beauty retail or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Passionate about beauty products, cosmetics, and industry trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Well-groomed appearance that reflects our brand image.
