In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping clients discover the perfect skincare and makeup solutions to enhance their natural beauty.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will engage with customers through personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and expert advice. Your goal will be to create a welcoming shopping environment that drives sales and builds lasting relationships with shoppers. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and is eager to contribute to our team's success.

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Provide detailed product knowledge on skincare, makeup, and haircare ranges.
- Conduct skin analyses and recommend personalized beauty regimens.
- Assist customers with product selection and application techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the beauty counter and display areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty counter, or customer service.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and current fashion trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented.
- Basic computer skills for POS and inventory management.
