Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, actively listening to their needs, and offering tailored beauty and skincare solutions.
- Demonstrate and promote products effectively, including makeup, skincare, and wellness items, to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry knowledge to educate and inspire customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School (SMU) or Diploma (S1/S2) graduate from any major.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in the beauty, fitness, or makeup industry.
- Strong passion for the beauty and cosmetic sector with a keen interest in skincare, makeup, and wellness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the brand image.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
