Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and determining their specific beauty needs.
- Demonstrate and recommend beauty products to customers, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets and maintaining high store performance metrics.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the sales floor and product displays.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong passion for beauty products, skincare, and makeup trends.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant beauty certifications are a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting products).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse sales team.
