Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert, personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate product application, and address inquiries effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and exceptional service.
- Maintain impeccable merchandising standards, ensuring products are attractively displayed, fully stocked, and the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay current with the latest beauty trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape through continuous learning.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, pricing, and organizing merchandise shipments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, with a strong preference for backgrounds in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail.
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry and a comprehensive understanding of current beauty trends and products.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a target-driven environment.
- A professional and polished appearance with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work varied retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
