We are looking for a passionate and driven Beauty Advisor to represent our brand at our Lokasari outlet. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for delivering exceptional service and helping them discover the perfect skincare and cosmetic solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly to create a positive first impression and build rapport.
- Provide expert skincare and cosmetic consultations to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product usage and handle product demonstrations effectively to drive sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional activities and in-store events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of High School Diploma (SMU/SMA) or Diploma (D3/S1) in any major.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant, Beauty Advisor, or in a similar retail sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Possess a genuine passion for the beauty industry and current cosmetic trends.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven sales approach and the ability to work independently.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid identification (KTP/SIM) available.
