- Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to luxury clientele.
- Demonstrate and apply cosmetic products to showcase benefits and features.
- Maintain a pristine, high-end counter appearance in line with brand standards.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Manage inventory levels and restock premium displays as required.
- Process transactions accurately and provide superior after-sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product launches, and beauty techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a retail, beauty, or customer service environment (luxury retail is a plus).
- Strong passion for cosmetics, skincare, and the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and well-groomed presentation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly motivated, service-oriented, and target-driven mindset.
- Valid work eligibility in Singapore (Open to Singaporeans, PRs, and Malaysians).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus for serving international tourists.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
