- Provide expert beauty and skincare consultations to meet the unique needs of every customer.
- Maintain high levels of product knowledge regarding luxury brand offerings and ingredient benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Perform professional product demonstrations and makeup applications as required.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the store display meets brand visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately and provide a seamless checkout experience.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store environment at all times.
- Develop a loyal customer base by maintaining accurate client profiles and providing follow-up service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification.
- Previous experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics, or high-end retail is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with the latest trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- A professional appearance and grooming standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
