- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations to a high-end clientele, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by employing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a deep, expert-level knowledge of all products, ingredients, and brand heritage to build trust and authority.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with VIP clients through proactive follow-ups and exclusive event invitations.
- Uphold the highest standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
- Actively participate in continuous learning and brand training sessions to refine your artistry and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or Sales Associate in a luxury retail environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup with a keen eye for detail and trends.
- Polished professional image and confident personality.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a strong advantage given our diverse clientele.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
