Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product consultations and makeup demonstrations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of brand products, ingredients, and current beauty trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of store presentation, including product displays and cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through effective CRM and follow-up communication.
- Support inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail or the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished professional appearance.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Proven ability to meet sales goals in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; certifications in beauty or makeup artistry are a plus.
