- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Offer personalized makeup consultations and product demonstrations.
- Advise customers on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product applications.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or beauty advisory.
- Strong passion for makeup, skincare, and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid NRIC and willingness to undergo a background check.
