- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Expertly demonstrate makeup application techniques and product features to drive sales
- Actively achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and loyalty
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings
- Contribute to visual merchandising to ensure attractive product displays
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store operations
- Participate in promotional events and product launches to maximize brand exposure
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, approachable demeanor
- Genuine passion for beauty products and current makeup/skincare trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong sales acumen with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Basic computer literacy for sales reporting and inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; professional beauty certification is advantageous
- Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus
