- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Demonstrate product usage and application techniques effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Actively participate in store visual merchandising and product displays
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Stay informed about the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Kualifikasi
- Passion for beauty products and cosmetics
- Previous experience in retail or beauty industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with POS systems
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification is a plus
