Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty products and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in basic retail POS systems
- Excellent customer service orientation with sales mindset
