- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a high-quality shopping experience.
- Offer personalized skincare and cosmetic advice based on customer needs and preferences.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and explain usage instructions.
- Perform product demonstrations and maintain an inviting and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stock shelves and replenish inventory to ensure product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for beauty products.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
