Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations to address customer needs and concerns
- Demonstrate product usage techniques and recommend suitable beauty solutions
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding monthly targets and promoting new launches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up services
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or beauty industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for beauty products and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for sales transactions and inventory tracking
