Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on individual client needs.
- Demonstrate and apply cosmetic and skincare products to showcase benefits and application techniques.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting store environment that adheres to brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels and restock displays as needed to ensure product availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, new product launches, and skincare innovations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service-related roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Passionate about the beauty industry with a willingness to learn about skincare ingredients and makeup techniques.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Excellent professional grooming and presentation standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs in a retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light stock movement.
