Tanggung Jawab
- Client Consultation: Provide personalized beauty and skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable products.
- Sales Achievement: Actively promote and sell products to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product ingredients, benefits, and application techniques to educate customers effectively.
- Store Presentation: Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing according to brand standards.
- Social Media Engagement: Engage with customers via social media platforms to build brand loyalty and drive online traffic.
- Client Retention: Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-up calls and personalized service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock checks, organization, and replenishment of merchandise.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK) is required; relevant certifications in cosmetology are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is preferred.
