Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in beauty retail or skincare consultation (luxury brands preferred)
- Deep passion for skincare and Korean beauty culture, with Sulwhasoo knowledge highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele
- Proven sales ability with track record of achieving/exceeding targets
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting luxury brand standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty certification advantageous
