- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and application techniques training
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business
- Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Kualifikasi
- S1/Diploma in Beauty, Cosmetology, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or beauty industry
- Strong product knowledge of skincare, makeup, and fragrance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
